When contacting support, include your RealFrnd account identifier or registered email/phone where applicable, a short description of the issue, and screenshots if they help explain the problem. Do not send passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.
Purchase Help
For purchases made through Apple, billing and refund requests are handled under Apple’s applicable purchase and refund processes. If a purchase was completed but a digital entitlement is missing, contact RealFrnd Support with the transaction details available from your purchase history.
